CANCELLATION POLICY

Customers paying via Credit Card or PayPal may cancel the placed order within 24 hours but before receiving the approval/confirmation email. 

In case of order cancelation (if the order is not shipped), the order amount will be refunded back. 

kuli jumé may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include; the item is out of stock, pricing errors or in case, credit card or pay-pal payment is declined. 

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
