1a) EXCHANGE - PAKISTAN
Changed your mind? Never mind! It happens to us too you see. Here is how you do it:
- e-mail us on contact@kulijume.com with the subject 'exchange' along with the order number or order details
- You will hear back from us as an acknowledgement of your request
- You will be requested to send the article back through courier and email us the tracking number
- Once we receive the article, we will quickly check it and send you confirmation to choose anything else you may like from our e-store
Simple!
We want to give you the best buying experience out there because you are more than a 'customer' for us! Instead of the usual 15-30 days, we give you 6 months to make up your mind! You can exchange your article anytime in that time and we will take it back. No questions asked!
Do let us know what would have made the dress more desirable. We will take your feedback and make all possible changes to see you happier!

It's alright if you don't like what you purchased you know!
